hobish dellnala

for centuries, wisconsinites have stumbled out of supper clubs, having consumed one more old fashioned than they will remember. on those common occasions, it is not uncommon that they will struggle to murmur something that sounds like "hobish dellnala", marking the depth of their enjoyment. come savor the same things you might find swinging from their doggy bag. dishes like a relish tray, escargots, spinach salad with hot bacon dressing, fried smelts, prime rib, and of course, a wisconsin old fashioned.

dinners include a fresh take on our favorite dishes, some off the wall ingredients, themed cocktails, wine, and beer. everything is included in the ticket price. 100% of ticket sales go directly to the evening's community partner - we do not recoup the cost of goods.
